Why we stopped selling services and started assembling teams — and what that changes for a producer on a deadline.
A producer rarely has a "sound problem" or a "color problem". They have a film that has to be finished — on a date, for a budget, for a platform with its own spec sheet. For years we sold that producer a list of services. Now we answer a brief.
What changed
Sound is still what we do ourselves, with our own team, in our own rooms in Warsaw and Kyiv. Dialogue, foley, sound design, the mix and the deliverables — one schedule, one crew, one template from the first episode to the last.

What changed is everything around it. A film needs picture editing, a grade, VFX, music. A producer on a deadline doesn't want to run five tenders and hold five contracts together with tape. So we stopped asking "which service do you need?" and started asking "what does this project need?"
Three ways to work with us

Direct. Sound, in-house. Our team, our rooms, one schedule.
Managed. The whole post, one contract. We supervise picture, color, VFX and music with partner studios and answer for the delivery.
Network. Need a partner directly? We'll introduce you to studios we trust.
The point is not to sell more. It is to say honestly, after one read of the brief, which of the three the project actually needs — and sometimes the answer is "sound only, and here is who should do the grade".

What a brief should contain
- Picture reference with burnt-in timecode
- OMF / AAF and the original audio files
- Script or spotting notes
- The delivery spec and the deadline
That is enough for us to come back within 48 hours with a plan: who does what, in which order, and what it depends on.

Why this works
Because the people who record on set are the people who edit and mix — and the partners we bring in are studios we have already finished films with. One brief, the right team, one delivery.
Send one brief. We'll tell you what the project needs and who should do it.
