About the project

“Could One Dream of More?” is a Ukrainian four-episode melodramatic miniseries produced by FILM.UA Group for the television channel “Ukraina” (production was completed in 2019, and the premiere aired in October 2020). It is an emotional story from life about a difficult moral choice, family obligations, unexpected trials, and genuine feelings.

At the center of the story is Kseniia, a modest and hardworking nurse who is preparing to radically change her life and move abroad with the person she loves. But her plans collapse in an instant because of terrible news: her mother is diagnosed with a serious illness that requires an immediate and very expensive operation. Kseniia is forced to give up her own happiness and the move, stay at home, and search on her own for large sums of money to treat her dearest person, facing indifference, new challenges, and unpredictable twists of fate.
