Katia and Sasha are friends since childhood whose years-long friendship is destroyed by love for the same man, Artem, who ultimately chooses Katia. Their wedding day was meant to be the happiest, but it turns into a tragedy because of a cruel plot and manipulation by Artem's relative, who is after money and power. A car accident cripples the characters' lives, after which Katia faces years of trials, complicated surgeries, the loss of her identity, and an unexpected return under a different name in order to reveal the truth and restore justice.
