At the center of the story are stepbrothers Maksym and Andrii. They have completely different characters and opposite life principles, and they dislike each other because of their difficult relationship with their late father, an influential police general. But fate decrees that the characters must work in the same police department and investigate complicated, tangled crimes. Working together and dangerous situations gradually force them to rethink their past, find common ground, and join forces in the face of a real threat.
